The majority of the appraisal services that we provide are for properties located within the seven-county Chicago Metropolitan Area (i.e. Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake - Illinois, McHenry, Will, and Lake - Indiana).

However, we are experienced in completing appraisal services throughout the state of Illinois and in over 20 states and U.S. territories.
